I was genuinely impressed by Grand Hi-Lai Hotel. It’s elegant, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel has a refined and sophisticated atmosphere that makes the whole stay feel special. Having a department store and a food court downstairs, along with fine dining restaurants upstairs, is extremely convenient. The beautiful harbor view at night is simply breathtaking. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would definitely love to come back.

There is no casual dining facility at the hotel. No small cafe. Only available breakfast was the buffet.
There was no cocktail lounge, no place for a casual drink and snack.
Otherwise the room was very good. The staff excellent and friendly and helpful.
