The staff from front desk to the dining room were Excellent. Loved having the pool. Breakfast was brilliant. Room and facilities great. So you can say, We were impressed

Elevator was not working for a few days and took too long to move about

Great location right next to train station and across the street from restaurant/shopping district. Very walkable area. Nice big beds in the room we chose, which was a welcome change from the twin beds we had had at most of the hotels on our trip. We also appreciated the free laundry facilities. Walking distance to TU/e. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Breakfast was available with lots of choices. Rating hotel five stars seems a stretch. Main elevator broke down room layout presented tight fit getting out of bed. Facility was clean. Wellness spa was not crowded and seemed clean. Menu could be expanded but food was very good. Location near train station but with luggage more of a taxi ride.

The breakfast menu was good, although there was no full cooked breakfast, with an extensive buffet selection. The bar was well stocked with a good selection of gins.

The staff and location were excellent but of an evening it was difficult to get a table because of visiting non residents. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Thank you.

Helpful friendly staff.

The place was great but the staff and the rules were not. First one bathroom had no toilet paper and the other less than half a roll. I asked for some and they acted as if I was lying and gave me 1 roll and said when I was out I had to go buy some. That is not a “resort” normality. They also charge you a cleaning fee at check in but require you take out the trash (okay), load the dishwasher (fine), but then say wash and unload dishwasher before you leave at 11. Considering that the washer takes 3 hrs to complete you need to get up before 7 to have time for breakfast and cleaning…and eat or drink nothing else. Again NOT “resort” norms.
