Clean rooms. Good location. Excellent staff. Kitchen in room was very useful. Breakfast was sufficient. Hit the spot Hotel overall was very good, but needs a refresh and is beginning to show its age. Building works all round the area, so hard to avoid noise. It was the down season so it is expected that work would be happening in the area in preparation for the high season. Just be aware that there is a major building under construction next door.

Lovely resort on semi private island. Very large and spread out so doesn't feel busy. Resort was fairly quiet anyway during our stay so dining areas may get busy with more guests. Several nice pools and poolside villas. Good gym and several activities available but not well advertised : paddle board, kayak, yoga, stretch, boxing. Food options a bit limited and very expensive. All inclusive offered as an option with some bookings. Complimentary speed or long boat offered to mainland.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Sawasdee Village exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had stepped into a tropical oasis. The entire property is absolutely stunning lush gardens, beautiful architecture, and incredible pools that honestly made us feel like we were staying somewhere straight out of The White Lotus. The location is perfect. It’s just a short walk to Kata Beach and close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and everything you might need, yet the resort itself feels peaceful, private, and tucked away from the crowds. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was another highlight, with a fantastic selection of fresh, delicious food every morning. There was something for everyone, and it was the perfect way to start each day. We travel quite a bit, and Sawasdee Village has become one of our favourite places we’ve ever stayed. It manages to feel luxurious while still being warm and inviting. If you’re debating whether to book this resort, don’t hesitate you won’t regret it. It truly is a magical place, and we already can’t wait to come back.
