I stayed for 13 nights, Housekeeping service is a hit and miss. I brought my own blanket so sometimes they fold it and sometimes they just leave on the bed without touching it.
The telephones are dusty not well kept, as for the toilet Q-Tip buds sometimes they will not replaced with new ones until you asked for it. Towels are over all clean and nice.
the hostess at the salt restaurant wasn’t very helpful. The outside patio was mostly empty, the view is nice especially under the good weather. She told us most tables were being held for reservations, and she told us the guests were on their way. However, even after two hours—by the time we finished our meal—those tables were still empty.
It was disappointing to see prime seating go unused, especially especially when they make a point that most tables were booked in advance. As hotel guests, we expected to be accommodated more fairly. I’m not sure why those tables were being held and not made available to us. Perhaps we are asians.
