I have stayed here multiple times and each time I stay here it gets better and better, it’s what I consider to be the BEST hotel in Puerto Vallarta.
Fenomenal staff, from checkin, concierge, butlers EVERYONE is amazing and helpful.
The rooms and views are AMAZING, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, a five diamond experience from the jacuzzi on the balcony to service and staff.
Highly recommended.

There were cockroaches in the room. This is the oldest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and the bathtub was covered in mold. The hotel was undergoing renovations, with unbearable noise, and only one restaurant was open. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again, even for free.
