「To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...

「For the price it was ok. We were there for a wedding, and none of the rooms had a hair dryer, which was very inconvenient. The kitchen had adequate supplies for a short stay. The beds were comfortable enough. The bathroom vanity was terrible shape, with broken tiles with mold and the cabinet looking like it had been in a flood. The breakfast buffet was decent. The pool was nice.」

「Pools werent clean pool decks hadnt been washed in quite a while pool chairs and umbrellas covered in bird mess pools had lots of floaters from plants birds etc areas food in the snack bar was often undercooked we were approached multiple times by hotel "concierges" about a "vacation club" presentation which amounts to a time share which we weren't interested in and felt we almost had to play hide and seek to avoid it. 「The location is fantastic, super walkable with tons of great locations in Zona Romantica to visit nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little dated sure but my bed was comfortable and thats all that matters to me. My biggest takeaway is that if you want beachfront in the heart of Zona Romantica, the pricepoint of Playa Los Arcos can't be beat. Thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay.」
