Muy cerca del aeropuerto, perfecto para viajes de negocios.Lo único que sugeriría es mejorar el acceso desde el estacionamiento, hay que caminar una distancia considerable, me tocó llegar con un diluvio y tuve que esperar dentro del coche a que bajara la intensidad para mojarme menos de camino al lobby.

We loved it and enjoyed it. We loved the pool, we just wish they would have it open 24 hrs or at least till midnight. It was beautiful at night in the pool and I would have loved to enjoy that a bit more but had to leave at 8pm because they close it. The tile in the pool is cracked and broken in some areas but we still enjoyed it. We also enjoyed their complimentary breakfast buffet, every morning they have different dishes and the usuals too. I wish they would do something similar for dinner too, that would be great. It is a little far out from the malecón, the beaches, dinning, shopping and other hotels but you can grab a taxi or rent a car. You can walk to some areas or across they have a shopping center. I do not recommend going to Puerto Vallarta in July or August it’s super hot and humid, and if you are like me that gets hot flashes, then you will not enjoy it as much, but it was nice to know we had an air conditioning hotel to get back to. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel always clean. Overall a great experience and we definitely will be staying here in our next visit, just not in July or August, lol.

Nos realizaron cambio al suites con el argumento de que era más nuevo y para que conociéramos, l ser nuevo no esperas que las habitaciones tengan tema de falta mantenimiento; en la habitación 607 (fallas en retrete, plafón suelto) En las tres habitaciones que se alquilaron la limpieza muy deficiente muy por debajo de lo que se espera de un hotel de este nivel: espejos sucios, camas sin sacudir y pisos sin barrer y limpiar... La limpieza se siente cuando llegas a un lugar. La actitud de servicio del personal de mantenimiento y de seguridad en la zona de la alberca muy mala, generan ambiente inseguro al cierre de la alberca, aún y con personas secándose y tomando sus cosas apagan todas las luces, generando estrés y un alta probabilidad de un caída, además de groseros.

We booked this hotel last minute on our last leg, visiting Mexico. We like that it was so close to the airport. Gave us a piece of mind for our return flight that we wouldn’t be too far out. They have a daily Breakfast buffet that was pretty good for room price. There was fresh fruit, yogurt, hot items like pancakes, Chilaquiles with the fixings, etc. Coffee and juice, bread options. Although it gets busy for Breakfast, the waiter staff are very good at clearing empty Tables quickly. The kitchen staff were always replacing any of the food items that needed to be refilled. The rooms are comfortable, strong AC, although it was four of us, they provide two water bottles which was nice. We were also able to get a complementary ride to the airport (based on availability). All in all would recommend this place.
