「Lunch and dinner menu needs to be expanded and offer more “real meal” options rather than just pub style food. Other than than hotel, pool, staff and breakfast are awesome.」

「We were able to move to a quieter room thanks to manager Raul. Construction still going on. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. Carlos at front desk very helpful too.」

「Who hosted us ( Adrian ) shut out to him. Amazing human being n so was the cleaner lady. Felt like home staying there. So relaxing! Adrian was accomodating. We will see him again in the near future. But if you dont like road noises then this place inst for youd its a boulevard n what do you expect. But didnt have problems about it. I loved the noises cars n all that. You r on vacay so who cares!!」

「El hotel está en gran estado, la limpieza es perfecta. Probablemente algo del mobiliario de habitaciones empiece a necesitar renovación, pero el servicio hace que ese detalle menor sea irrelevante. TODO el personal es extraordinario, y están más que atentos y dispuestos a darte una gran experiencia. El restaurante no tiene una carta muy extensa, pero todo es de buena calidad, miso caso del Club de Playa. En buen lugar para descansar.」

「What a beautiful little hotel! The room was pristine and so unique. 」

「First room was ok but the black out shade broke and we ran out of body wash. We let the front desk know and they didn’t do anything about it. We tried to upgrade to a “suite” and all they did was put us in the same room but with a terrace. And the “suite” was disgusting. There were boogers in multiple places, mold around the fridge, the shower was dirty, and the amount of times I heard the doors slam on this floor was insane. Never staying here ever again.」

「The woman who helped us check in to our room, answered all our questions and offered us coffee was lovely. Instructions on how to access the hotel and which building it was was unclear, and when I called the number provided the man was not very welcoming. We enjoyed the shared outdoor space, the air conditioning in the room and the proximity to the airport and downtown. 」

「El hotel está remodelado, espacioso y moderno. La habitación tenía un tamaño ideal, espaciosa y con separación perfecta para el baño. La vista desde cualquier habitación es increíble. Las albercas muy bien pensadas, tiene como 4-5 albercas distintas. El staff es muy amable. La comida estaba deliciosa y el precio me pareció completamente justo para lo que ofrecen, incluso manejan excelentes precios y la calidad de hotel es maravillosa. 「The grounds were well maintained but the property is extremely dated and in need of updating. The food is marginal at best. Staff were incredible though and the view from our ocean front room was nice and the bedding was comfortable. Overall though there needs to be updates and the food selection is limited to a buffet and two restaurants. 」
