"We really enjoyed our vacation at Marival. There are lots of activities and plenty to do. We were travelling with a group of families and had 5 teens aged 12-17. There was something for everyone. The food was excellent. I’m not really a buffet person, but I enjoyed the buffet for all meals. The food was fresh, and the food stations were kept very clean. I loved getting a table in the outdoor part, especially for breakfast. The pools were also very clean and well-maintained. The only complaint I have is that there was no hot water for my shower, but fortunately, we had two rooms, so I had somewhere else to shower. If not, I would have changed rooms. We played a lot of pickleball and used the bikes several times to bike on the path and go to the mall (buy sunscreen at the mall, it’s much cheaper that at the resort). Overall, it was a wonderful vacation, and I recommend it. "

"Very small pools, mainly for kids. But there was a rooftop pool that was small but nice. No where to get coffee before restaurants opened. Walked to OXXO & waited until 7am for it to open & got coffee. Rooms were nice & big. "

"Beautiful new hotel with spacious modern furnishings. Great for a large family or extended family trip, with easy access to large resort complex via the gondola system and shuttle services. Our kids highly recommend a churro under the stars at beachland. Get dinner at Nektar for early access to the BON park for water show and live music."

"The pool only gets sun after 3pm. The hotel is very nice. You need your key to work elevator. Omar & Ivan are the shuttle drivers & are very friendly & full of information. Pool towels can be asked for at reception. Laundry is free to use but you have to book 24 hours in advance. There is a great restaurant within walking on Mexico ave (4 vientos reservation required)"
