“The hotel is beautiful, with fantastic views onto the beach and ocean. Since we booked with Expedia, we were given the VIP treatment which was a surprise. A special checkin desk, Conierge service, and an incredible upgrade in our room! The staff was friendly, and constantly cleaning around the property. The food was plentiful, both in variety and quantity. Would look forward to staying here again.”

“The food was great. Not a lot of selection if you eat halal food but the staff and the area was amazing. The staff were super friendly, the buffet and restaurants were great. Alberto in the front desk helped us a lot, if you go there definitely go see him. The only bad thing I would say is the swimming pool smelt bad some days. ”

“La habitación estuvo genial, limpia y ordenada. En la aplicacion de hotel te avisan cuando ya esta limpia, que reservaciones tienes y para cuales restaurants, puedes pedir servicio a la habitación, relleno de mini bar, cambio de toallas, etc. La comida en general esta muy rica, hay mucha variedad y cada dia es una tematica en la cena, la comida del bar en la playa esta muy rica, son puros mariscos. El servicio medico es bueno solo que tienes un costo un poco elevado de las consultas. Todo……

“We stayed at the Único hotel in Riviera Nayarit at the end of November. The experience was excellent, with standout service from our Local Host, Eduardo, and delightful dinners at the Kobo (Asian) and Italiano Lía restaurants “Love the Mixology drinks” The Rooftop Garden pool on the 11th floor offers stunning views. Overall, it’s a highly recommended getaway, especially the Escénica spa paying most of it with Resort Credits.”

“The food was better here than any other all inclusive I stayed at. The lay out is a little weird and they don’t have a simple lobby area but our room was perfect and I have no complaints. ”
