「Everything was very good.」

「Unfortunately the adult pool was not well maintained, not clean, not clear. Something was obviously wrong with the filter system or something. Always a nightmare to get chairs at the pool even at 8am. Music at adult pool was a challenge, too loud, person in charge quite rude until several people complained. Food was ok. Loads of people. People working in restaurants/buffets were excellent. The employee getting drinks to everyone at the adult pool was fantastic! Room was clean. AC worked.」

「1. We were forced to attend a breakfast talk, which required us to bring VISA cards and IDs 2. No VIP access or upgrade 3. Servers cannot speak English fluently」

「There was zero communication i asked for earlier check in which no one responded after saying they would check if we could we did show up early and i had messaged several times that all we needed was a place to put luggage again no response! Upon arrival seat had no record of our booking we needed a QR code which we never received! finally did get into room and pictures on hotels.com we’re definitely from another room and view because room actually was located pretty much in the parking lot!...
