「To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...

「Amazing ocean views from our room. Ideal sunsets every night. View for fireworks off the pirate ship. Staff was so nice, accommodating, helpful on directions, arranging cabs, and local food spots. Property was very clean and our rooms were also kept clean! Daily breakfast was served and we were able to pick any items off the menu. Rooftop had a pool and bar where you could order snacks and drinks. Walking distance to the Malecon 」

「Todo el personal en general, te trata de maravilla, las habitaciones impecables e higienicas, lo que si quedo a deber es la playa, tiene mucha piedra, pero son recursos naturales y se entiende perfectamente bien esa situacion, alimentos de muy buena calidad.」

「I stayed at this hotel several times before. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Located in the heart of the romantic zone right on the beach! with restaurants, shops, entertainment venues and more… all within walking distance. Looking forward to going back in the fall.」

Construction project next door was very loud and starts early in the morning. Staff did nothing to quiet loud gatherings ests in common areas late at night. Housekeeping was excellent.
