“Beach , facilities , and overall cleanliness was great . The food was not good at all . Everything didn’t have taste or was appetizing . Very disappointed in the food overall wish we could have more authentic good food . Apparently other Riu hotels have better food so this one did not meet those standards . If it weren’t for the food I would give it 5”

“Amazing view, spacious condo, great location, a few minutes walk to the pools and beach. Not many services around the condo except for a pharmacy and corner grocery store. Mega and La Comer stores are only a 5 minute drive. Restaurant on site serves great food and drinks at reasonable prices. Helpful concierge and staff. Minor issue but worth noting is that the unit could use some maintenance - fixing door handles, appliances etc. Washer and dryer was great to have though. Recommend you bring……

“To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was……
