Very good, quiet studio room. Decent size, good light. Both the gym and pool were clean and well stocked with everything you need. Convenient location close to everything CBD. Perfect for a business trip. Will definitely stay again.

Everything you expect from a modern and young feeling 5 star hotel! Staffs are all very friendly, attentive and definitely respect your space. Decor is beautiful and designer.
Mini bar items are charged at reasonable prices and there water fountains on room levels complementary to guests.

What's not to like. As a solo traveller this time around what a gem of a hotel. I'll be back. I had the urban studio room, lovely and clean and modern, a comfy modern sofa with two big screen TV's and free movies. Great shower, comfortable bed. Location is 10/10 and the cafe down on the ground floor has the best pastries and good coffee and breakfast menu. 24/7 reception, great for early check out. Very quiet hotel.

Whilst the location was good, including a very short walk from Southern Cross Station which is great when flying into Melbourne Tullamarine Airport and close all the attractions. The overall maintenance of the room itself could have been better. There was mould on the wall where the blinds where suggesting damp and there was Sellotape all over the panels in the elevators which didn’t fill me with confidence that they would be functioning all the time. Luggage storage was helpful
