Room was very clean, staff were very courteous and helpful. Onsen facility was very good. Dining options were limited. The cafe, food court, bakery were closed after 4pm, so dinner choices were limited to the expensive restaurants, unless you have transport and willing to travel to Myoko town.

Hi All,
We have a wonderful stay and the vegetarian meals for the two days were sumptuous and interesting.
Room was clean and the servers at the restaurant were extremely polite and helpful.
However, it would be nice if shuttle service can be provided during winter from the train station.
