We booked this hotel for an overnight stay between flights. The complimentary airport shuttle was a brilliant first impression of the service. The check-in was friendly and efficient and the family room was good (clean, well equipped, comfy king and twin beds) . The hotel is not really near much so we stayed on site. We ate at the Thai restaurant by the golf course and it was lovely. Breakfast in the Fountain restaurant was ok..

This was our 4th stay here and we were a little reticent as had heard the adult restaurant and bar were closed for refurbishment. However we were pleased to find the alternative in place was adult breakfast at the Asian wok which was amazing. We booked the a la carte restaurants for every evening and had a great experience. The staff are amazing as usual the building work is as discreet as it could be. Overall a great stay again

Gorgeous property. A true 5 star. Stayed in a 2 bedroom Villa with pool. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. We didn't end up using our pool because it was shaded and the water temp was too cold. The main pool was warm and not crowded so we lounged there most of the day. Joined 2 yoga classes with Div and would recommend them. Ate at all the restaurants and food was very good. The staff were welcoming and very helpful.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans une chambre prenium. Accueil incroyable, on vous conduit dans votre chambre avec une voiture de golf . La chambre est incroyable, douche extérieure, baignoire intérieur. De plus une corbeille de fruits nous attendait. Les extérieurs de l hotel sont magnifiques. 2 piscines dint une avec un bar et les prix sont accessibles. Le petit déjeuner est inclus et il est incroyable : bar a sauce, bar a donuts, bar a pad thai, bar a omelette. Y en a pour tous les goûts.

In the first room the door couldn't open, the next room was dirty, the third room was good but the hotel forgot to expand the keycard with the time for later check out. 3 times we had to go to the reception - not okay. I don't think this i okay for a 5 star hotel. But the hotel, the food, the pool, the staff was overall good.
