Very courteous staff, clean spotless family room, excellent breakfast range, overall very pleasant weekend.

Absolutely spectacular! Had a corner room deluxe private. The layout, every attention to detail, a super stocked kettle area, great use of lighting and lights, giant floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city, giant spacious bathroom with super large and hot shower!! incredibly comfortable bed, impeccably clean. A art sign behind the bed said ‘let’s stay in’; and the room is that amazing you never want to go anywhere else. Fantastic job. Mini fridge would have been nice, but that’s just not picking. Maybe some board games/card games in room? something different? 12 pm check out is huge! Note; it’s a 50 pound incidental hold at check in regardless if the room is paid for in advance. Incredibly friendly and courteous front desk! A+ Keep it up!

Breakfast was disappointing possibly due to international football teams being on premises however that should not be an excuse for the staff failing to keep hot buffet stocked everything had run out and had to ask for it to be replenished

The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I would prefer a pot of tea rather than a hot water machine.

We stayed one night on our way up to Sandend. We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our way back. And each time we will travel to the Highlands.Very good Wi-Fi, shower pressure and free car park. Perfect stay with pet.
