Everything outside and inside the structure is a mess; dirty, smelly, with stuff piled up everywhere. We were so "lucky" to have the best room; a room that smelled of cat's urine. Loved the walking trail and landscaping. The whole property was very pleasant to walk around. We saw many beautiful birds. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor bar. There is an excellent soda, and a convenience store a short distance away.
