Great staff , Kei and Ganes from the main restaurant were excellent.
Super well equipped .. the main lift system was extremely fast and efficient..never had to wait more than a few seconds
Great gym and pool too
Only comment with breakfast was that I didn't like the coffee. I found it very bitter but I guess its a matter of choice

Raffles has been a dream for me for most of my life and I booked to celebrate my 60th birthday and WOW!,what a celebration. All the staff at Raffles make you feel welcome and extra special for the duration of your stay making you feel like you are the only guest in the hotel.
The hotel itself is breathtakingly beautiful and the rooms sumptuous - I honestly do not know how you could make any occasion more special
