I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, and the location is very convenient for getting around Hanoi. The room was comfortable, and the bed was great for a good night's sleep. All the staff members were polite, helpful, and professional. They also provided useful recommendations for exploring the city. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Good location. It’s on a busy street but our room faced an inner opening so there was little noise from the street. That said there was no natural light or view but it was a reasonable trade off for a quiet sleep. The breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh fruit, eggs, and good coffee and more.

The hotel was very conveniently located in the Old Quarter and the staff was great everyday including everyone, from the door man to the front desk manager. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. It’s really a nice place to stay. The rooms we booked had two queen size bed which is rare to see. It could host four people if needed with shared beds. It also has a pool on the roof top, a gym with basic equipment, spa, and the breakfast was delicious with varieties. Overall, the location, the hotel, and the staff were wonderful!

Excellent property. Fantastic location right in the old quarter and easily walkable to other major sites/areas. The room was clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and welcoming and really did go above and beyond to make this a great experience for us. Breakfast was plentiful (and delicious)
