Great location and helpful staff. Japanese breakfasts were excellent. It would be nice though if they organized Yamato luggage transfer instead of referring you to a nearby Yamato office.

The hotel was spotless and well looked-after. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We turned up for dinner without a reservation on the off-chance and the staff fitted us in without a word.
The hotel is literally across the street from the station (and also from a 7-Eleven) which was very convenient.

Great location just a 15 minute walk from Kanazawa station. Close to Kanazawa castle as well as the samurai and geisha districts. Plenty of restaurants and shopping right outside the hotel. I got a room on the east side and the view of the mountains from my window was really nice. The washer / dryer in the room was a nice touch!
