Hotel is really good, clean and staff really helpful and I would say it was worth the money. There are a few little imperfections. I don’t think you should have to pay extra to use the gym and other facilities. Breakfast choice is great but I felt everything hot should have been hotter and everything cold colder. My last one is the coffee it is almost undrinkable just get a coffee machine. That being said the hotel is good and the staff make it so good.

it is hard to say anything wrong about this place. very kind staff and generous room. there is a cafe in the lobby that doesn’t open until 11am which is cultural but strange for us as a traveller. my only complaint is that not one of the front desk staff knew any english. the imperial hotel offers a tea ceremony for example and i said the word “tea” and no one knew what i was talking about. i think that is strange for a high end hotel in tokyo.

An older hotel but well maintained. We had a room on the 15 floor which had an amazing view. The hotel was attached via the basement floor to a car park and shopping centre. The shopping centre has a supermarket, McDonald's, a cafe and some restaurants and small shops.
