Queensland Kid friendly Holidays

The room was run down and smelled of mildew during our stay. It definitely needs a little renovation. There were chips everywhere on the furniture, the bathroom tiles. the bottom of the door the paint was coming of curling.Also if your room faces cavil ave then be prepared for noise all night as its not sound proof and i could not sleep. The front desk staff was great checkin and check out where a breeze.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Apartment was excellent.

Overall we had a great time at the accomodation. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Good location , unpleasant stay Convenient location. Close to the tram stop, Broadbeach and the beach. Staff were good, amenities were okay, gym air conditioner was out of order and one of the two lifts were out of order a few times during our stay. Cons Owners pool party December 6 Packed with kids In the water all day , limited access for guests of the hotel. Went into the pool the next morning and the water was not clean. Same people and families from the owners party arrived again to access the pool the next day. This is just one of cons of a hybrid hotel/apartment complex. December 9th morning, some random guy knocks on the door at 8:30AM telling us about a drainage issue on the balcony. We had no idea about it and just told him that we are not sure. He came in had a look and left… Hotel staff never advised us. Overall ok.

Beautiful room, best night sleep - the bed and pillows are very luxurious and extremely comfortable. Great amenities, excellent service.

Location and hotel ammenities are awesome. Only disappointing experience was that hotel reception staff showed no interest in welcoming guests, very scripted with no smiles.
