An amazing hotel with an even more amazing staff! The breakfast is delightful, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The hotel is located in a very secure and peaceful area, making for a relaxing stay. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.

The location is great with so many places to eat and sightsee and visit around. Lots of coffee shops and local vendors. We also appreciated the breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great 5 day stay.

The room was spacious including the bathroom. Everything was clean and the shower pressure was amazing (strong and actual good hot water that didn't run out). The breakfast options are great too, so recommend adding that to your reservation.
Overall service was great, with everyone super friendly and helpful.
The only issue I had was that there were little ants around the room - some crawled onto the bed and into my bags... I know this is common in Vietnam homes, but didn't expect them in a hotel.

하노이 로얄 팰리스 호텔에서의 숙박은 매우 쾌적하고 편안한 경험이었습니다. 접수에서 만난 지미와 수리는 정말 놀랍고 친절했습니다. 지미 덕분에 우리는 마지막 순간에 합리적인 가격으로 하롱베이와 사파 투어를 예약할 수 있었습니다. 로얄 팰리스 호텔을 통해 투어를 예약했기 때문에 지미는 추가 비용 없이 우리의 방을 점보 사이즈 가족 룸으로 업그레이드 해주었습니다 :) 와이파이는 좋았고, 방은 깨끗했으며, 아침 식사는 괜찮았고 직원들은 친절하고 세심하게 도와주었습니다. 우리는 다시 하노이 로얄 팰리스 호텔에 머물 것입니다.
