This is my second time staying with the hotel. It is also the only hotel in Hanoi that I wish to stay at. The staff is excellent, and so friendly. The bed was amazing, and the breakfast is great!

Lovely staff and really beautiful rooms and facilities. Top place! Local restaurant and relax facilities are fantastic

The hotel itself is really nice. We loved the pool and the spa staff and reception staff were really friendly and helpful. We had an unfortunate interaction with the restaurant staff on our last night where they kept ignoring us for the entire time and being quite rude, forgetting half our order and only waiting on other tables. Eventually we got up and left as we got tired of waiting for service and it left us quite upset. It was a bit of a hassle trying to get them to honor the expedia 20% off discounts with the VIP access but eventually they did at reception, i feel this was more a lack of communication to the other departments within the hotel. We did have to get up really early for a bus the mornjng we left and they put together breakfast bags for us which was really nice.

The room we stayed in needed minor repairs. The room looked dated and had several cosmetic problems such as paint.

Everything was wonderful, except for the view in our room was of a brick wall.
