The air conditioner was not working properly so it was very hot in our room. The staff kept saying that it felt cool to them so they wouldn’t do anything to help. It was cooler than outside but not cool enough to sleep. By the last night it was finally fixed after complaining over and over and over again

Staff was courteous and very accommodating. Breakfast was well prepared and served. Lots of great options. Excellent and friendly service. We would definitely stay again. Everything was convenient supermarket, metro station. Very clean hotel.
