Easy parking and checkin. Unfortunately the air conditioner in the first room was broken. We were able to be moved to another room however there was a large draft and whistling from the door that we needed to block every night to stop. Bed was uncomfortable, however overall a good stay. Location was perfect to our needs and close to train station and trams.

I didn’t like that we waited 40 minutes for a simple breakfast of muesli and cereal. We arrived at 6.50 am and were served at 7.30am. This was concerning as we had medical appointments in Richmond.

We enjoyed our important anniversary and the Melbourne city trip. But the receptionist girl was very cold and in-patient to answer my question from her facial expression and tone, when I asked for any complimentary upgrade or service. It is quite often I get a some complimentary services, at least a very polite no reply for my trips.
