The Palazzo is always great. Safe, wonderful rooms and great atmosphere.

The only thing I have negative to say is no coffee pot,no fridge no microwave. Either a coffee pot or microwave would have been nice to be able to either make a coffee or microwave to warm coffee up in the morning.

The shower clogged multiple times and called the front desk a couple times and they never came. Said the order was canceled and I never asked for a cancellation. I asked for additional towels to help with the flood, but never came. Disappointing.

Arrived late and did not have a problem checking in at the kiosk, but I would’ve preferred a real person. They charged $10 for parking which I did not see in the property description. The room was small, but clean with a teeny tiny bathroom. It was only there to sleep so it suited my needs perfectly. I’m not sure I would stay for a longer period of time. I felt safe as a woman traveling alone.

Terrible check in, there wa a sign that the person will return 5 to 10 minutes, but there was a lady in the phone, after 15 minutes of waiting, finally same person help us to check in. Elevator too slow and limit two persons.

There’s no staff there’s a kiosk where you have to talk to. There’s a $15 charge for parking
