朝食の味も良かったが、伝統工芸品と思しき物凄く立派な器で出てきて感動した。飯碗と汁椀を買って帰りたかった。

The hotel is right next to Uno Station, and having a convenience store nearby made it extremely convenient. Everything in the room was high-quality and thoughtfully selected, with a great sense of style that made the space feel very comfortable. The staff spoke excellent English and provided warm, polite service. The nearby Tama no Yu onsen was amazing and truly one of the highlights of the stay.

Excellent service and great food (kaiseki dinner). Private onsen baths were fantastic.

Welcoming staff, great food, nice view and very good location to experience Shikoku.

The hotel room and amenities were super clean and the view from my room and the garden were spectacular. The only negative is that you have to take a taxi in and out of the hotel which is quite expensive.

Elevators were slow and hotel has a confusing floor plan

The overall appearance of the hotel was very nice. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good, lots of options. Everyone was very nice, especially the lady at the counter who helped with information on sending our luggage forward to our next hotel.
