Staff not well trained gave us wrong room charges and insisted it is our room until we saw and pointed to her wrong name number. Hotel only provided for 2 bottles of water for day. We asked for more water in room n housekeeping say each small bottle must pay extra yen160.

The best service I have ever experienced around the world! The staff here are amazing. Beautiful rooms with amazing views.
The breakfast is a 5 course meal or buffet- highly recommend. They have a free shuttle service which saves you so much $ on taxis.
Couldn’t recommend more highly!

The room is spacious, it’s close to different bus stops. Not too close to the train stations and if you are carrying big suitcases, it might be a bit of a walk and up the stairs from platform to ground floor. Overall, a pleasant and convenient spot to explore Nagoya.

This hotel is in a great location, close to Nagoya Station and dining options. Our room was spacious. The shower was amazing, one of the best shower experiences in my life - the water felt soft and the layout of the bathroom made the most sense. The TV was a smart TV with streaming options. One of the best hotels we stayed at in Japan.
