The services of staff are excellent. The hotel is quite far away from Nagoya Station but near Metro. Breakfast is almost the same everyday.

Good to have the shuttle bus service. Hotel is just next to Zepp Nagoya, very convenient if going to attend a concert there. Otherwise, it is a bit far away from the Nagoya Station and the shopping/dining center around the station. Room is clean and spacious. Suite is exactly the same as seen in the room picture on the booking website. Yet the view of the suite is not the iconic Church view. If do not have a budget concern, this hotel is a great place for relaxation.

位置非常方便，面對早川，櫻花季節酒店前即可欣賞到櫻花～酒店內設施齊全，入住時職員非常親切帶路介紹各個地方和設施，最喜歡面對河川的戶外足湯、大浴場和禮品店。我們的早晚餐都在房裡進行，有一位管家照顧，熟知酒店和餐飲食材，每餐細心介紹豐富食物，亦會非常友善和我們聊幾句。這次住宿非常放鬆，隨時可以享受溫泉，餐飲非常美味。謝謝管家的悉心照顧，我們很開心到河鹿莊住宿！希望將來可以買到河鹿莊特製的餐前酒，真的一試難忘！

樓下就是高島屋百貨商店，購物十分方便 ，坐車上落客區在二樓也十分便利，地面有各式各樣的交通工具，安排的房間舒適，唯獨枕頭不舒服， 枕一個太薄、 枕兩個太厚， 多窗戶顯得十分開揚，能夠瀏覽整個城景， 各服務員都有帶著微笑地打招呼， 感覺良好。

Standard room is slightly small but acceptable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning was thorough. Walking distance to Nagoya Station. Very convenient to have Familymart and 7-11 and many restaurants nearby!
