Kanto Region Kid friendly Holidays

This property and its staff are amazing. Location is very convenient and very close to restaurant, shopping and landmark locations. Walking distance from the train stations. The daily welcome drinks in the afternoon was a nice surprised. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Having a water station and access to laundry and other amenities just makes it easy for a family. We will definitely stay here again.

The entire property was very well maintained. The staff were exceptional! Our reservation included breakfast, which was a plus. If I find myself in Asakusa again, this is where I’m staying.

Everything you need is here at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. If you are planning on going to Disneyland parks, they have a free shuttle that was easy to get access to. Love the amenities room where you could pick up extra things like toothbrush, comb and bath towels. We also did laundry and it was an easy system to use, card only. Attached is a Lawson convenience store and we basically picked up breakfast and snacks daily. If you are going from city to city, they also have a luggage transfer surface on the 1st floor. They are only open 7am to 1 pm so make sure you plan to get there early enough to make sure your bags get to your final destination. We actually went down on the same day we were leaving to Osaka, wanting them to transfer to our next Tokyo hotel when we came back. They held on to the bags and shipped to arrive the day before we checked in and it worked perfectly. Our bags were waiting for us at the front desk. Only $75 USD for 4 bags. Saved us the hastle of having to carry all of our bags with us on the train. They also have a reception that starts afternoon until midnight about every day. If you need a beer, wine or snacks a good spot to grab something after a day out exploring. My kids loved the candy bar, make your own pancakes and cotton candy machine. We got fresh towels everyday and checkout was easy and smooth. All I had to do since room was already paid for was to stick a magnet on the door for quick checkout and dropped our keys off before heading out.

- Room was cleaned efficiently and amenities were 9/10 times remembered to be restored after usage. - Staff was overall nice, patient, and did their best to communicate with foreign travellers. - Location of the hotel is amazing as it allows for easy on-foot travel to essential stores, convenience stores, subway entrances, restaurants, and shopping departments.
