很舒適 且很靠近大教堂，便宜實在。但唯一一點就是還沒check out,竟然有人開房門進來⋯這是唯一比較詬病的。希望能教育好員工。

Our stay in the Tirant Hotel is superb! All the staff are very helpful and friendly. We joined a tour to Sapa and have to check out the hotel for a day, the staff helped us to keep the luggage while we were out. My mum's leg was hurt, and she needed to rest, the staff allowed us for the late check out. The flexibility and the professionalism provided by the staff make our journey an unforgettable one. Only one small issue is that our Family room is facing the street, and there was someone singing karaoke at night, fortunately he stopped after 11pm.

The hotel staff were all very kind and friendly. Even after staying for several days, they still remembered the guests and would greet them proactively. The hotel’s environment, atmosphere, and cleanliness were all excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Aside from the hotel’s spa, which I wouldn’t recommend, everything else was a great experience.

這次旅行挑飯店時，這家是其中一間心儀的，剛巧這平台有優惠，果斷敲定。選的一房一廳有露台房型，空間寬敞，完全能滿足需求，洗手間和浴室的面積甚至和睡房不相上下，著實讓人驚喜。 考慮到是生日旅行，便聯絡飯店，詢問能否換成望湖景的房間。沒想到飯店回覆超迅速，不僅爽快答應，還主動問我需不需要生日房間佈置，甚至貼心詢問是否需要機場接送(付費)服務。 雖然接送費用比別處高，我婉拒了，但這份主動和熱情，當時讓我心裡暖乎乎的，滿心期待著入住那天的驚喜。 終於等到入住，推開門的期待，瞬間被失望取代。 所謂的生日佈置，不過是地上隨意堆放著一堆雜亂的氣球，有些都已經漏氣了，看上去十分敷衍。心裡難免有些失落，事已至此，也不好再多說什麼。 在飯店住了五天，雖說距離舊城區開車得 20 分鐘左右，但這也是我特意的選擇。之前在網路上看到不少人說， 老城區雖便利，可惜日夜噪音不斷。親身經歷過河內司機不管什麼狀況都愛按喇叭後，我更堅定了選西湖區這家稍遠酒店的決心。遠離喧囂，換來安靜的住宿環境，也算是一種取捨吧。

Everything is good. But fitness is bad.
