A wonderful hotel—very clean, with highly respectful staff who address any issues immediately.
A tuk-tuk service is available, dropping you off at the nearest BTS (skytrain) station. Being right in the heart of Bangkok is a major advantage.

Clean with modern facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Terminal 21, the BTS and my favorite was Benjakkit Park where i went jogging every morning at 5:40am from the hotel and back. This hotel is like 5 minutes from all the good stuff yet, tucked away for those that cherish their quiet and peace. Breakfast was always good with variety and the coffee passed by flying colors. The little things matter to me and I want to say thank you to the lady that made my bed and ensured my room was always clean. I hope you had a good trip going back to Khon Kean to visit family (Im sorry I can't remember your name)

Staff were very nice.
Breakfast was excellent.
However the location was terrible and the room wasn't well maintained with outdated decor, bathroom and tv.
I also find it very predatory to list a room for a massive discount when clearly it was never worth the original listed price.
