Pros: Great location. Close to stations and shops. Staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: can hear street noise even on the 7th floor.
Beds could have been abit more comfortable.
Had a leak in the bathroom that they attempted to fix but was not resolved. We ended up just placing a towel to avoid potential slipping hazard.

Best location! We walked everywhere! From the hotel to the Sydney Opera House and everywhere in between. And if you don’t want to walk any where, you don’t have to because a 5 minute walk takes you to the beautiful Darling Harbour. So many restaurants, shops and ice cream! Beautiful scenery with the water and yachts. Awesome playground for children too! The hotel has a delicious coffee and bakery shop in the lobby, a great restaurant and very helpful staff. Clean, large rooms. Comfortable beds. Couldn’t ask for more. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit.

Excellent hotel in Sydney. Location is great, close to central station and China town. Lots of restaurants and walking distance to shops and QEB. Breakfast is a phenomenal. I booked 6 nights for the marathon. They prepared lots of food early in the morning of the marathon for everyone. We had a wonderful stay here. Thank you for all the staff here. I highly recommend this hotel.
