Security guard and golden nugget team were helpful in my mistake of walking away from a machine thinking I had my ticket and did not . You all helped see that someone took it and cashed it , but I can’t prosecute due to I live in Orlando. So I hope that person is happy . What goes around comes around. So thanks for helping . I had a good time and will recommend the golden nugget.

MGM grand was very clean and well presented. My main beef with it was the lack of complimentary coffee and no cups in the rooms. One has the impression the entire experience was to encourage spending within the hotel.
