Room ok location good

Room waa clean and good. I got free upgrade. Thanks to the friendly staff.

Room was quite clean, some dirty corners but overall ok. Staffs were very helpful and willing to listen to feedback. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Downside is soundproofing is quite bad. We experienced noises from upstairs and around us. Sleep was disrupted as noises persisted throughout the night. But overall it’s a nice place.

I didn't like that our room had no natural light. The location is excellent.

Well maintained, room is clean & comfortable. The hotel located just right next to those big department stores in Orchard road.

Very convenient location for public transportation to tourist spots. Connected to 7-11 for late night snacks. Breakfast buffet had all kinds of food, western, Asian. Our hallway to the room was always musty, and you could smell cigarette smoke. Our room smelled the same when we arrived but cleared out after leaving the Air on all day. The internet for our room dropped constantly and had to reconnect often. When checking the room before we left the bed had a ton of dust under it which may have been part of my eyes being so itchy at night. Buffet was nice and convenient but a bit pricey, we found the Tiong Bahru market on our last day. It’s within walking distance and very worth it.
