"The security is not well equipped about the Antara Genting faciltiy Education and information needed to be given to them in order to direct the customers there One of the security said there is no sauna available but infact there is one in the gym. Otherwise my stay was ok beside the microwave and the hot plate was not working in unit 4901. I should have asked for help but it was over and it was ok overall. I love the stay, it was top notch actually."

"Very well located hotel, within walking distance from Suria KLCC and Pavilion shopping centres, as well as the KL Tower and Bukit Bintang. Also connected via L1 to Menara Hap Seng, which contains a FamilyMart convenience store and Guardian pharmacy. Large, clean and comfortable room and shower. 2L free drinking water provided daily - very helpful. Free coffee pods (Lavazza) also much appreciated. I look forward to returning."
