I rate it as okay because from the time I’ve booked it I was charged more than the price. And when I got my room I have to call for several things like the water heater, the AC wasn’t working, the hotel phone doesn’t work properly you need to use whatsapp to reach them and the room divider doesn’t close completely it was broken. This is my first time to book here and it was not what I am expecting.

Clean, the only complaint is it is hard to reach the Spa, call them 3 times, they said they will call us back and never did. We were wasting the time in the room.
