ROW Hotel is located very near Times Square. The room was very clean. We requested a room with safety features. The room available was one with bathubs railings but, the bathub was too slippery, we have to use a towel to avoid some injury. Despite this we enjoy our stay.

We loved this hotel. The room was a bit cramped, but since we barely in it, it wasn’t an issue. The shower didn’t drain well, and the water pressure was REALLY strong. When I showered, there was a bit of a pool in the shower. Other than that, we didn’t have any problems.
The staff were extremely helpful and kind with whatever we needed.
The hotel was conveniently located near MSG and Macy’s. Would stay here again!
