Iceland Kid friendly Holidays

The front desk was friendly and the hotel was clean. It feels more like a 3-star hotel given the rooms only have the absolute basics. (i.e. There’s no lotion, microwave, hair dryer, etc.) The housekeeping service could be better- in their efforts to remain as eco-friendly as possible, they did not replace our used coffee cups at all during our 3-night stay. Also, the amenities are ~$50 daily per person if you want access. Overall, I expected more perks/extras out of a 4-star hotel.

We’ve been traveling for weeks and this was by far our favorite Hotel. Walkable to everything, extremely clean, all staff were friendly and helpful. The beds, linens and pillows provided the best sleep possible!! Highly recommended!

Rooms were amazing and fully stocked with everything you needed for your stay. I will definitely be coming back.

Another property needs to be acquired as a way path for other excursions like artic trips.

Great hotel. The spa pass is worth purchasing while you're there, as they have two jacuzzis (one indoor, one outdoor), plus a dry sauna. A bit of major construction next door to the property, which I think is why you can get a good deal here at the moment. I was up early everyday, so construction didn't affect my stay. On-site parking is first come, first serve, so it fills up quickly. There are adjacent free parking areas, but it may be a bit of a walk. Great location to the downtown shops and restaurants. Staff was incredibly friendly. I'd for sure stay here again next time I'm in Iceland.
