8.2/10 Very good! (1,208 reviews)
We loved this hotel. The room was a bit cramped, but since we barely in it, it wasn’t an issue. The shower didn’t drain well, and the water pressure was REALLY strong. When I showered, there was a bit of a pool in the shower. Other than that, we didn’t have any problems.
The staff were extremely helpful and kind with whatever we needed.
The hotel was conveniently located near MSG and Macy’s. Would stay here again!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (4,080 reviews)
Clean room; outstanding location. New hotel. The breakfast is not worth it for what you pay; pastries were stale. The logistics to get to breakfast area and getting seated wasted us 20 min. We had to request our oil be made as soon as we left in the morning, since one afternoon, though we left at 8 and returned at 2’30 pm, we found both of our rooms had not been made. The hotel will charge you an extra resort fee that is not disclosed on their Expedia nightly rate.
