The hotel is in a good position to be able to explore Hanoi. It is very clean and comfortable room with a very nice breakfast overlooking Hanoi old Quater.
The best thing about the hotel is the staff, everybody is extremely friendly, remembering guests by name and taking time to talk whenever we returned to the hotel, asking what we had seen and giving suggestions of places to visit. A wonderful hotel in a wonderful city

The staff was very accommodating . We had a late flight and traveling with small children. They were able to let us stay in our room past noon. Which was really nice.
