8.2/10 Very good! (1,001 reviews)
The room was reasonably clean, but the overall atmosphere felt dark, cold, and uninviting. The lack of decoration, warm lighting, and thoughtful touches made the space feel more like a hospital room than a comfortable hotel. There was no cozy or welcoming atmosphere that would make guests feel at home. While cleanliness is important, a hotel should also provide a warm, relaxing, and inviting environment, which unfortunately was missing during our stay.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,000 reviews)
Friendly staff. Clean property. 2 of the 4 restaurants were closed. A staff mentioned it’s because it’s off season so they alternate restaurants due to low guests, so that was disappointing. However the food is good enough and you can always have food delivered or take a taxi to eat out.
