The room was clean, and the cleaning lady was very nice and friendly. However, the room definitely needs some upgrades. The TV was extremely small, more like a desktop computer size, and there was only one pillow in the room. I had to ask the maintenance lady to bring me another one. We also had a balcony, but there were no chairs or table, which made it impossible to actually sit outside and enjoy it. Another disappointment was the coffee situation. There was only instant coffee in the room and no coffee maker. Breakfast was okay, with a little bit of everything. The staff at breakfast and throughout the hotel were very nice, helpful, and always willing to assist. The location deserves 5 stars. It was excellent and extremely convenient for walking to many places and attractions. Overall, the location and friendly staff were the highlights, but the room and amenities need improvement for the price and standard I would expect.

Great overall for Milano

We first got a room next to the elevators which was very noisy, i believe room no 310. The room was also very dark with a tiny window looking onto the next office building in close proximity. The staff agreed to give us another room but only the following day since we already used the bed to recover from get leg awoken by the noise. That was a bit ridiculous. Breakfast was good but not very well organized/replenished as it was busy. The staff also found it objectionable for us to have our breakfast in the garden although it was nice weather. At the end we managed but then dear fellow guests had to smoke their objectionable cigarettes next to us spoiling it all.
