The only problems with the Hitel is that the gym is too small. Also the name has a problem because all the taxis i booked took me to Sukhumvik (even after showing on maps my address) which is 30 minutes away. Thats an hour total. Happened 3 times. Very annoying and expensive.

Nice pool , great view, plenty of local restaurants and places to go, 5 minutes walk to BTS, very decent breakfast

Spacious, stylish room which was immaculately clean and with large, thick towels. The windows take light from the atrium and so there’s no natural light in the room which makes it a bit dark and means there’s no view, but if the room is just a base and you’ll be out all day, it’s an ideal location. Minor point, but as a country with fantastic coffee, sachets of instant Nescafé in the room were a disappointment! Despite it being very busy outside, the hotel is very peaceful, it also has a great spa which is competitively priced. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. They will also offer advice and guidance around the best way to get around the city and/or help you arrange a Grab or tuk tuk.

An excellent hotel. Loved the outdoor pool and seating area. Nice sized room with a balcony. the promenade is right on the river. Easy access to ICONSIAM and boats ( “bus” boat linking you to the main sights or the Hop on Hop Off). The breakfast was excellent with wonderful Thai dishes as well as European and American dishes. I'd definitely stay here the next time I’m in Bangkok.

Service/staff was great. Food and dining horrible. Sky bar had ants crawling all around and if drink left long enough, was crawling on glass. Food at Breeze not worth the money. Tom yum soup tasted like sea water, no flavor. Only good part of dinner was they delivered leftovers which was most of the meal to ours room so we can just throw away. The hotel room floor had multiple stains in the room and cigarette butts on the balcony. 3 stars was solely for the service. Attendant and staff in restaurant was excellent. Was a good hotel years ago. Not worth staying again.

Customer service was excellent

The spacious hotel room and welcoming nature od the staff really stood out. Gym wqs large and very well stocked with machines and equipment in good condition. The brewkfast was varied and delicious!

I loved it here. Place is just as mentioned and we got the buffet add on which was worth every cent. The staff was very kind and helpful. The place is very clean. It’s close and walkable to many shops and markets. I had no problem staying here.
