The room was quite plane, the pool had a film on it and was cloudy, and my free shuttle turned into me having to pay for a taxi.

Views from hotel were amazing, and a good location near the town, although limited options for getting around if you don't have a car/bike. Sometimes the staff took a while to serve you, but were extremely friendly.

Everything was a stand out. The staff were very professional, and attentive, the food was delicious, there were 3 pools to choose from.

The room is excellent, spotless, clean linens, complete amenities, towels but no face towel.
We choose upgrade room with ocean view, it was great but I think the hotel needs install more lights in the hall on the way to elevators..
My wife and I were so glade and satisfied stay at Meruorah Hotel. I will recommend my family and friends to stay at this hotel when they go to Labuan Bajo-Komodo Island.
