To avoid disappointment please read this review. The hotel is a budget hotel neat the pyramids. That being said the staff are all very friendly and cannot do enough to help. The rooms are clean and ones we stayed in had working air conditioning. The Expedia description of this hotel is incorrect in that: 1) There is no lounge/bar (you can order soft drinks at reception) 2) There is no coffee shop/cafe (you can order coffee at reception) 3) There is no restaurant (You can order food at reception) 4) The only common areas are reception and the roof terrace (See photos of the hotel) 5) There is no ATM 6) There is no garden (We didn't find one anyway) 7) WiFi works, sometimes. 8) TV did not work in the rooms we stayed in. The roof terrace has a good view of the pyramids and garden furniture. Eating is done on the roof terrace, as is everything else. As it gets dark quickly some time around 18:00 and with the sun set temperatures drop as well, food will go cold very quickly. It is also quite windy in the evenings so cans of drink and water bottles will blow off tables etc. The hotel is on a noisy busy road which will stay busy well into the early hours, so be prepared for noisy nights. I am not trying to do a hatchet job job here, but the Expedia description of this hotel paints a very different picture that what it actually is. For a budget short stay hotel near the pyramids it is fine with the advantage of having extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The room was as described. The stay was welcomed by all staff. The assistance on arrangements for excursion and rides was amazing. Any concerns or needs was met. Very responsive on all questions and or needs. We will be back for sure. Alot of local eats within walking distances.

Clean room , hot water , clean . Staff at reception ( Ms Maryam) and in breakfast roof top area ( Samir) just out standing .
