Lovely hotel a bit outside of town but accessible by trolley bus once you get to know how to use the bus. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast; comfortable bed and clean room.

If you like historic hotels, this would be a good place to stay. Stefan was very helpful during check-in, as well as that other times during our day if we needed assistance i.e., the hotel does not have central air-conditioning, but Stefan brought us a fan that kept the room comfortable.
As with many historical hotels, the rooms are small; the amenities we’re satisfactory.
Location wise, it was perfect as we were literally a block away from the old city river walk area.

"The breakfast was really good. Main problem was that my mattress needed to be replaced a long time ago. Had lots of visible dents on it and woke up with a backache. Main areas were very nice. Room was tired."
