Had a wonderful stay at Romer House. Very modern and clean hotel. Loved that it was adults only. Gerard at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating throughout our entire trip. Will be staying again!

The Hyatt is a beautiful hotel with lots of stores on the premises and also along the street. Its location couldn’t be more perfect. The beach is right across the street. You can get there in literally a minute. The only issues we experienced were slow elevators the first couple of days due to some repairs. In addition, and although it was completely out of their control, there was construction on both sides of the hotel. They began as early as 6 AM and if you are on the lower floors, you can definitely hear it. The nice thing was my sister was on the eighth floor and right next to all the construction so they moved her to the 28th floor with no hesitation. I would most definitely recommend this hotel and book here again. We also loved that each room had complimentary reusable water bottles, and you can refill them with ice and water on each floor.

Staff were extremely helpful. The only drawback was the view from the 1st room lower level so I upgraded to a higher floor to get a better view.
