Overall is good. 近地鐵站，但空間細小，兩隻喼開完擺到出門口 。另外房間默認安排在G/F，但沒註明，入住時前台才通知，要加錢才可住G/F以上樓層的同類房型

Perfect stay in London! Absolutely clean and comfortable, the location is great too, convenient for transportation to every spots.

I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. It has faced to so dirty roof top. I never open the window during my holiday. I was very disappointed I paid so much money for about 6 nights but resulted I got the room with such bad view. Could you please check if they provided the incorrect room type for me?

We had a problem with the hotel we originally booked, so we got transferred to the FRANKLIN London by Expedia promptly which we very much appreciated. The room is super cozy and amazing, staff here are helpful with warm smile. You can have variety choices for the main course of your breakfast and I really recommend to include breakfast when you stay. The hotel is very close to the Harrods, only within 5 minutes walk. Takes 8 minutes to the underground. Very convenient location with quiet neighbourhood. The only cons would be there was no electric socket nearby the bed or table, it’s a bit tricky to charges phones and other equipments. Franklin set a very high standard for 5 star hotels and we hope to stay here again when we back to London.

Located near the Regent Park & few Tube stations. Beautiful rooms with high class feeling. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.
