there were construction working in the mid night until 4am during our stay. We heard the noise of chipping and drilling something.
The hotel also assigned a room with all the AC outdoor units outside our room. Not to mention the noise from the AC units, the view was terrible.

The hotel is also in a great location, very close to attractions, for example, we can walk to the Empire State Building! It is definitely a very good choice for family travel! The hotel service is great, the staff are friendly, especially Jason. He helped me a lot.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making everything easy and comfortable. The location is also perfect — close to major attractions and very convenient for getting around.
